How do I return an item?

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with the product you have purchased you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging material. You will have to pay for the return shipping and shipping insurance is recommended. The shipping and shipping protection costs are not refundable and returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. In order to return any items, you must contact us before shipping the item back.

If the item arrives at your shipping address damaged please let us know right away so we can file a claim with the shipping company. If the damage is minimal we can send you replacement parts. You can also send the item back for a refund. Do no use the item or throw away any packaging material until you hear from us.. Please contact us via the Contact Us Page or through your order confirmation page for more information on returning or exchanging items.

Orders with the Pro Build Service have an additional 1 to 3 business days of handling (bringing the total handling time to 2 to 5 business days). There are no refunds for any reason for Pro Build Services and also require an electronic custom build contract agreement.

From time to time we sell used and open-box items. These items are sold-as and are ineligible for returns or refunds for any reason.
